All cards are back by our 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase you have 48 hours to affect a return. Only unused cards may be returned. You will receive your Bitcoin back at current market value minus a 2% restocking fee. The restocking fee reflects the cost of having our supplier reissuing any given card.

The return process typically takes 1 business day from time of return, but may take up to 48 depending on the time it takes for the suppliers to confirm any given card is unused.

What is a egift card?

Egift cards are just like traditional gift cards, only way better. The stored value within an egift Card can be applied to your purchase at checkout– either online or in-store.

When you send a gift to a friend, egift cards are delivered to them electronically, either by email or SMS text.

How long do cryptocurrency orders take to process?

While most Bitcoin orders can be processed within minutes, other market-driven factors can slow things down

Occasionally, if there is a lot of activity on the blockchain it can take even longer, so please be patient. We are doing everything we can to get your orders delivered as fast as possible.

How do I redeem a gift card in-store?

Show the cashier the barcode so they can scan it. If there is no barcode, or the barcode is not scanning correctly, ask the cashier to manually type in the gift card number plus any additional PIN, access, or event code..

How do I redeem a gift card online?

To redeem a gift card online:

Log in to your account at

Click the card you want to redeem. Click Reveal to see the gift code in the card details.

Either write down the gift code and PIN, or copy the gift code onto your clipboard.

Visit the retailer’s website and choose the items you’d like to buy. For example, go to Best Buy’s website and put the things you want to purchase into your shopping cart.

When you’re ready to check out, type or paste the gift code into the GIFT CARD field, just like you would with a plastic gift card.

TIP: Make sure that you remove any spaces from the gift code when you copy it over or type it into the retailer’s shopping cart.

Finish checkout and you’re done. Mission accomplished!

How do I get the balance of my gift card to update?

Many of our retailers will update the balance when use it in store or on the web. If you experience a gift card that has an error while updating, that means the retailer does not allow balance checking. You can manually enter in the amount you spent by selecting the Update Balance button and entering the amount of your recent purchase. Crypto Cards will calculate the remaining amount for you. We’re working hard to enable balance checking with more of our retailers. Stay tuned!.

How do I keep my account safe?

Don’t use the same password twice
Never share your password. You should be the only one who knows it.
Protect your password. The longer the password the better! Experts say 12 characters minimum
